VIOLINA is a group of 3 Estonian violinists, performing on electric violins.  The band was formed already in 2008 by members Käll, Daana and Johanna Marie and their manager Indrek Sarrap and producers Mihkel Mattisen and Timo Vendt. Violina is originally from Estonia, but has performed during the years in most continents - tours have taken them to Italy, Thailand, Gibraltar, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Spain, Greece, India, etc. Violina won a "Golden Record" award in 2009.

Johanna Marie Kork is an active, hardworking, funny and purposeful woman, who always finishes what she started, trying to do it best. Others say she is a fun and bright person, who does a lot. Her biggest hobbies are doing sports, travelling and different languages. As a violinist she started in Tallinn Music High School and graduated in 2013 from Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre, after that she moved to Italy to study in the Conservatory of Verona. In 2016 she received master's degree cum laude in Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre. She has worked as a classical violinist in Estonian National Opera Orchestra, Tallinn Chamber Orchestra, Glasperlenspiel Sinfonietta, Virtuosi Italiani, Orchestra del Festival di Bergamo e Brescia and ÜENSO. From 2017 she is working in Estonian National Symphony Orchestra

Daana Ots is an Estonian violinist and music teacher. Her father's roots are in Africa, Kongo and mother is from Estonia. She studied in Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre and in Utrecht Conservatory in the Netherlands. She is playing classical violin, as well as pop and world music. In 2005 she represented Estonia in the Eurovision Song Contest with the group called "Suntribe" in Kiev, Ukraine. She is also teaching violin in music school for kids. She likes to go skiing and grow tomatoes.

Käll Kruusmägi is an artistic person dividing her time between the bandwork, different creative projects and music therapist duties. After studying classical violin in G.Ots Music School in Tallinn she started her journey in healthcare world and got a Master degree in music psychology from the University of Jyväskylä in Finland. Käll currently works freelance for different institutions and is on the board of Estonian Music Therapy Union. On her free time she likes to dive into culinary world, travel or read.
